Meditation Classes
Meditation is used to relax the body and calm the mind. A skill which is development through practice. Meditation helps the body stay healthly and allows your worries to fade away, allowing you to make clear decisions about your life. Learn breathing and visualising techniques that you can use at any time.
Meditation Classes are run for an hour during the week on an ongoing basis. *We are now taking bookings for: * Tuesday Nights 7.15pm to 8.15pm* * Wednesday nights 7.15pm to 8.15pm* * Saturday Mornings 9.00am to 10.00am* *Limited numbers per class*
Meditation Courses
Learn the wonderful skill of meditation during this one day course. Topics covered include: -Breathing and visualising techniques -Chakra's and colours -How to meditate -Meditation techniques including guided meditations -Angel cards -Meditation and health -Affirmations
